Criminal proceedings against Al Hassan and Al Hussein Co.

 

Mr. Ahmed Meligy took the necessary legal measures to preserve the rights of his client on the issuance of the accused many checks, which were found when they presented to the bank in a statement issued by the insufficient balance, which exposes the accused to the penalty stipulated in the text Article 534 of the Trade Law

 

A- person who commits any of the following acts shall be liable to imprisonment and a fine not exceeding fifty thousand Egyptian pounds or either of these two penalties: Issuing a check for which there is no exchange charge.

B- Refunding all or part of the balance or disposing of it after the issuance of the check, so that the remaining does not meet the value of the check.
