Financial Services and Feasibility Studies

Feasibility studies

Initial feasibility studies are considered as quick survey studies aimed at reaching a first judgment on the likelihood that the investment project for which we are conducting a feasibility study will achieve the desired objectives. And studying the chances of its success in the Egyptian market. In other words, it aims to check for indicators that indicate the possibility of the project's success, If these studies resulted in the absence of substantial impediments to the implementation of the investment project and the availability of the possibilities of success for it, detailed feasibility studies with its various dimensions are prepared and there will be economic justifications for the work of these detailed studies.

But if those studies resulted in the lack of the possibility of success for the project for personal reasons that are difficult to explain or to objective reasons from the initial feasibility study, then the feasibility studies stop there, and the investor can study other ideas that have a greater chance of success if he has the desire to do so.

There is no justification for carrying out costly feasibility studies for an inappropriate investment idea or for an investment project that does not have the ingredients for success. So we do preliminary studies that are scalable.

The initial feasibility study helps the investor to filtering the projects and investment ideas that he has to reach the idea that is worth spending time, effort and money in a detailed feasibility study.

We provide detailed feasibility studies on the marketing, technical, organizational and financial foundations of the investment project decision. Several final feasibility studies are conducted on investment projects that have been selected through an initial feasibility study and have proven their feasibility. These studies are carried out through the following partial stages:

A - The stage of the marketing feasibility study.

B - the stage of the legal feasibility study.

C - the stage of the administrative and organizational feasibility study.

D - the stage of financial and economic feasibility study, estimating the commercial profitability

The importance of the financial feasibility study of the investment project is that it is not possible to determine the amount of funds required to establish and operate it, and to distribute them in time according to when they are needed.

It is also not possible without a feasibility study to determine the best sources of obtaining these funds, which could incur high financing costs for the project, which will negatively affect the return on capital provided by the owners.
