Maliji Law Firm, acting as the representative of Kia Motors (Lebanon), was able to obtain final court rulings against Al-Rakhaa Real Estate Investment Company. The Misdemeanor Appeals Court of Heliopolis issued a ruling on 16/3/2019 upholding the judgments, thus making the judgments enforceable.
