Litigation Investment and Tax Department
The Department handles all disputes involving the General Authority for Investment that are governed by Law No. 72 of 2017 and its implementing regulations. It also deals with disputes governed by import and export laws—specifically import and commercial violations arising from breaches of the Egyptian Trade Law.
Furthermore, the Department handles customs evasion cases—particularly those involving Egyptian-invested companies, foreign-invested free zone companies, and companies subject to the Economic Zones Law—as well as disputes arising from annual inventory procedures conducted by these companies.
